If you're looking for an educational family adventure, join us at the beach to learn more about the history of shark teeth and other fossils at our beaches! During this 2 hour adventure, learn to search through shell beds using a few of my favorite techniques to uncover a variety of beautiful fossils that are thousands of years old! Shark teeth, stingray barbs, & pufferfish mouth plates are just a few treasures we can find - if you feel like a challenge, use our field guides to identify what you find! Prices are listed below: ADULTS - $20 YOUTH (AGES 5 & UP) - $20 *All youth must be accompanied by a participating adult* CHILDREN AGES 4 & UNDER - FREE WITH A PARTICIPATING ADULT ** Sign up today to secure your spot - all classes are limited to 9 participants ** PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARTICIPATING ADULT AND CHILDREN AGES 4 & UNDER ARE FREE WITH A PARTICIPATING ADULT ** ALL PARENTS OR ADULTS PLANNING TO BE PRESENT FOR THE ADVENTURE MUST REGISTER AS A PARTICIPANT PRIOR TO THE EVENT ** All adventures will start at a public beach access parking area between 50th Ave and 67th Ave North in Myrtle Beach. Exact meeting locations within this area of Myrtle Beach are provided once you are registered for class. *If temperatures are predicted to be under 50 degrees, classes may be rescheduled*
